Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- We ship worldwide by USPS, FEDEX or DHL based on the option selected during checkout.
- If your shipping address is P.O Box or APO/FPO address, we can ship your item by Post Office. But it takes longer time to reach you,about 7-10 business days for domestic and about 10-21 business days for international deliveries.
- We ship all items marked as ‘gift’ or ‘sample’, and we also write a lower value on the invoice to avoid tax/duty charged by your local Customs. The tax will be paid by the buyer.
Processing Time:
- Stock item will be sent within 48 hours after payment.
- Custom Order Braided Wig Units:
– Processing Time: 25-40 working days
– Shipping time:3-5 working days
We’ll email you the custom order number and estimated delivery time after receiving your order. After the hair is ready, we’ll send you another email with tracking number.
Shipping Delays:
It is in your best interest to not wait until last minute to place your orders. If you have a deadline or a specific time frame for when you would like your order available; please order well in advance to give room for unanticipated delays. This being said, because all units are custom ordered, any additional changes and corrections to the unit would definitely affect the estimated delivery time. The delivery estimate provided to you is based on the information received from our courier service.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather or carrier delays. Please bear in mind that holidays that fall on a business day would not be calculated as a business day and this should be applied when calculating shipping times. We entrust our courier service for on-time delivery and if by any chance, your package is delayed, there will be no reimbursement of shipping costs.
Failed deliveries/Incorrect addresses:
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the common cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order and ensure ALL the information (address, apt#, Zip code etc.) needed to deliver your package has been included. The courier service will ship your order to the address you provide. It is extremely important that the information you give us is most accurate and complete. If there is a need for an address correction after your shipment has been sent you will be charged the additional fee our courier service charges us to make the correction. If a parcel is returned due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR REFUSED/ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Exchange & Return Policy
We are more than happy to offer Exchange and Return Service if you dislike the hair you received for any reason. Please Contact us via email within 7 days after receiving. Our email address: support@fablanehair.com
Because we can’t ensure our #FabCuties will be issued the style they desire by the time their returned items come back to the Distribution Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our Easy Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.
In addition, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made in-store as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired. We currently only offer in-store credit for returns made in-store. In-store credit is not transferable and can only be used at our website.
Please note that:
1. The returned item must be in its original status;
2. Items that have been worn, combed, cut or washed cannot be returned;
3. Any customized item cannot be returned.
4. Customer is responsible to pay the returned shipping fee;
5. Please contact us before shipping the item back. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the returned package without our permission.

Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email support@fablanehair.com within 2 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
Store credit
Store credit in the form of a FabLane Hair E-Gift Card will be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received and processed at our Distribution Center. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for our Returns Department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable. FabLane Hair does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
FabLane Hair reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, FabLane Hair reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-FabLane Hair items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
